This Shipping Policy explains how we process orders, shipping timelines, delivery methods, and your responsibilities as a customer. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once an order is processed, it is handed over to our trusted courier partners.
You will receive a confirmation message once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Duration
Delivery time depends on your location:

Major Cities: 2–4 working days

Other Cities: 3–7 working days

Remote Areas/Villages: 5–10 working days
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, holidays, or national events. Dhanaks Decor is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
3. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges may apply depending on the product weight, size, and delivery city.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

The courier may call before delivery.

Customers must ensure they are available to receive the order.

Refusing parcels repeatedly may result in blocking future COD orders.
5. Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped:

If you do not receive tracking details within 2 days, contact us.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and correct address information, including:

Any delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details are not the responsibility of Dhanaks Decor.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the customer is not available or does not respond:

8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Send photos/videos of the damaged or wrong item

Provide packaging photos and order details
We will guide you through the replacement process based on our Return & Exchange Policy.
9. International Shipping
At this time, Dhanaks Decor ships only within Pakistan.
International shipping is not available.
