Refund policy

At Dhanaks Decor, we are committed to delivering high-quality home décor pieces that add style, comfort, and beauty to your space. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want your shopping experience to be smooth, transparent, and worry-free. Please read our detailed Return & Exchange Policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, accessories, and original packaging must be included

  • There must be no scratches, stains, dents, or signs of installation

  • The product must be shipped back safely to avoid damage in transit

If the item fails to meet these requirements, the return may be declined.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene, customization, and safety reasons:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased during special discount events


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please send us:

  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged or wrong item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number and contact details

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • Product Replacement

  • Store Credit (No cash refund for damage claims)

We work quickly to resolve such cases as customer satisfaction is our top priority.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions

  4. Ship the product back as guided

  5. After inspection, we will issue either store credit or a replacement

Note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

  • Pickup service is not available; the customer must send the product back via courier.


5. Refunds & Store Credit

Dhanaks Decor does not offer cash refunds.

Once the returned item passes quality inspection, you will receive:

  • Store Credit (issued in 3–5 business days)
    —OR—

  • Replacement Product (based on availability)

Store credit can be used on any purchase at www.dhanaks.store and does not expire.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
